Pico™ Portable Car Seat

Took this on a cross-country flight and it slid right into the overhead bin like a carry-on, no wrestling match at the gate. The breathable mesh kept my kid’s back dry the whole trip, which alone made the purchase worth it.

The whole seat weighs just 8 pounds, so it’s easy to toss in the trunk even with the stroller and diaper bag already back there. Folding it down to fit in an overhead bin was a relief for our last flight, and the aluminum frame feels solid without being bulky.

The mesh back keeps my kid from getting sweaty on long drives, which was our biggest issue with the old bulky seat. It’s featherlight at 8 lbs, so I actually toss it in the trunk without groaning. Fits overhead in the plane bin too, so we’re not checking it and risking damage.
